I had this on my last day of staycation. At Downtown Disney next to Irish Restaurant/Pub Raglan Road, there’s a quickservice place (with outdoor bar) called Cookes of Dublin. I’d thought about getting fish and chips but decided to switch it up a bit. The filling to this lamb and beef pie was something akin to a cottage pie (or shepard’s pie, if you’ve had that) wrapped in a pie crust. It had carrots, onions and potatoes all in a red wine aus jus. The pie crust was flaky and light like a croissant. Yum!
