Location: Southeastern US
Age: 30's
Work: If I told you, I'd have to...yeah.
Leaning: Libertarian hybrid (I was a Democrat, once), pro-choice and pro gay marriage, social progressive, fiscal conservative (though not at taxpayer expense)
Favorite movies & TV shows: Tron, Tron Legacy, The Avengers, Harry Potter series, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars (4-6), A Room With a View, Labyrinth, Singin' in the Rain, Tombstone, Young Sherlock Holmes, True Grit, The Big Bang Theory, Once Upon a Time, Downton Abbey, Firefly, The Dresden Files, Suits, Warehouse 13 and many others.
Favorite actors: Bruce Boxleitner, Dean O'Gorman, Tom Hiddleston, Rachel Weisz, Bruce Payne, Gabriel Macht, Emma Watson, John Rhys Davies, Judi Dench, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, Jeremy Renner, Richard Armitage, Gina Torres, Robert Carlyle, Sebastian Stan, Jennifer Morrison, Colin O'Donoghue (the whole OUAT cast, really) and I'm certain there are more...
Crazy things I've done: Whitewater rafting on the Colorado River (I fell out of the raft), ziplining, reenactment (gal and guy roles). I've also worked at an archeology dig. It wasn't as epic as Indiana Jones, but it was pretty amazing.
I enjoy hanging out with friends and welcoming visiting family to Chez Trin's, reading, writing, art, movies, occasional television, music, travel, my crites, and much more.

This has been building up and I’m about to explode. I’m so sick of this freaking election; I just want it to be over. I can’t even enjoy the internet in peace without having to see Obama this or Romney that. And then people arguing with someone telling them that they’re vote is stupid and OMG. First, NOT EVERYONE IS GOING TO AGREE WITH YOU THAT’S WHY THERE’S TWO SEPARATE CANDIDATES WITH DIFFERENT POLITICAL BELIEFS. Someone could tell you they’re voting Romney, you could preach to them why they should vote Obama instead but that doesn’t mean you’ll change their minds. Or the other way around. Every single person that has the right to vote has the authority to vote for the candidate they want to see in office and you have no right to tell them they’re stupid or doing the wrong thing. Just because they like Romney and you like Obama, or you like Romney and they like Obama doesn’t make either one of you wrong or better than the other. Just vote for who you want to and that’s it. Y’all shouldn’t fight each other about it. Vote for who you want and don’t try to make someone believe in something that you believe in but they don’t. Because 9 times outta 10, you’re not gonna change their minds. I know me, when I believe in something there’s no changing my mind. So can y’all please just COOL OFF?

Instead of advocating ‘no naming calling’ in one week, how about we stretch that time to all the time.
